Name: Named in honor of Rudolf Görgey von Görgö und Toporcz (Rolf Görgey) (1886-1915), mineralogist at the University of Vienna. He first studied zeolites and later salt/potash deposits. Through his work, he visited many European countries and built a mineral collection.
